Jennifer Hudson’s family murder Trial: Judge releases recordings of Julia Hudson 911 …

(WBBM/CBS/AP) CHICAGO-the Chicago judge on Monday agreed to let go of the 911 tape played for jurors last week in the trial of William Balfour, who was accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew aged 7 years.

According to CBS Chicago, Criminal Court Judge Charles Burns decided to release 911 tapes emergency motions by several media outlets.

Even though Prosecutors tried to bar tape release sensitive due to the nature of the case and because the jury did not negotiate, Burns said there was no evidence that the Balfour’s because the process right will be prejudiced by releasing recordings of 911 calls.

Last week prosecutors played a recording of the 911 call Julia Hudson, Jennifer Hudson’s brother, made after finding the bloodied bodies of their mothers.

“Oh my God …. Someone had killed my mother, “Julia Hudson says, while operators who tried to get him to calm down and repeat the address. “He’s on the floor and I saw blood coming from his head.”

Jennifer Hudson once again tried to minimize courtroom he’s in pain, choosing to wait outside Wednesday as Prosecutors showed graphic autopsy photos of 7 year old nephew was killed.

Star of “Dreamgirls” and her sister dead children-mother refused to see what the jury see the pictures on the big screen courtroom bloodstained body little Julian King, who had been shot in the head.

Hudson’s sister’s ex-husband, William Balfour, accused of executing the innocent child after abducting her from a family of Chicago House after the assassination of singer mother and brother in 2008.

Balfour, 30, made a rare show of emotion during the third day of the murder trial, wiped her eyes with a tissue when faced with the heartbreaking images.

Deputy Medical examiner Partners Kalekar, who did a second autopsy-grader, told the jury he had two gunshot wounds in his head.

San Francisco judges refused to give suspended Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi …

“I don’t think it is so far away that I had to pull the plug before it starts,” superior court judge Harold Kahn says the sheriff and Attorney at the center of a courtroom packed with spectators and journalists. He also rejected the argument that if he Mirkarimi’s still pending he should at least get paid.

So now the embattled sheriff-case-comes from new year’s Eve incident that left his wife bruised and Mirkarimi convicted of false imprisonment, violation of a plea deal to avoid–more serious domestic violence charges will be heard at 4: 30 Monday by San Francisco Ethics Commission.

If the Commission supports the allegations of official misconduct filed by Mayor Ed Lee in consultation with City Attorney Dennis Herrera, Mirkarimi’s case then went to the Board of Trustees, where he served from 2005 until January. This would require the votes of nine of the 11 supervisors to permanently remove him from Office.

Mirkarimi, 50, had barely served at all. He was elected in November, replacing 32-year incumbent Michael Hennessey.

Although he and his wife both insisted it doesn’t matter for criminal, Mirkarimi on March 12, pleaded guilty to one offence of false imprisonment charges. One week later, he was sentenced to one day in jail, three years probation, one year of counseling, 100 hours of community service and a fine domestic violence.

Police: Toddler found in San Jose murder

The boy was tied to a car seat in a silver vehicle only meters away from the violence that erupted Saturday around 9: 30 a.m. in the center of Gould, located near McLaughlin Avenue and East Capitol Expressway. He was not injured and the Santa Clara County child protective services took custody of the child.

Police say a man walked into a woman in Central Park and releasing a single shot to his head before turning the gun on himself. Authorities still have not released a few former names, citing an effort to contact them warisnya, but said they were from San Jose. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

People in the shopping center were surprised by the sudden nature of the public and of violence. Grim-faced spectators watched as police work at the Center on Saturday.
