(WBBM/CBS/AP) CHICAGO-the Chicago judge on Monday agreed to let go of the 911 tape played for jurors last week in the trial of William Balfour, who was accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew aged 7 years.

According to CBS Chicago, Criminal Court Judge Charles Burns decided to release 911 tapes emergency motions by several media outlets.

Even though Prosecutors tried to bar tape release sensitive due to the nature of the case and because the jury did not negotiate, Burns said there was no evidence that the Balfour’s because the process right will be prejudiced by releasing recordings of 911 calls.

Last week prosecutors played a recording of the 911 call Julia Hudson, Jennifer Hudson’s brother, made after finding the bloodied bodies of their mothers.
